Your appointment is very important to us. We know your time is valuable and we appreciate you choosing to spend it with us. As we reserve these appointments for you, we understand that occasionally schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we request that you please read our following booking and cancellation policies and procedures to make your experience at our salon the best experience you can receive. • In the event that you need to reschedule/ cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a 24 hour notice. Other clients who are waiting to come in miss the opportunity to receive services for that allotted time as well. • After two cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will require a ½ deposit of scheduled services. • No call or no show will require a ½ deposit of future services scheduled. • We do understand that emergencies come up for this we will take under consideration of event/occurrence.
